Our warranty team will assess your claim and determine the appropriate resolution based on your warranty coverage. We may request additional information or photos during this process.
Once approved, we'll proceed with the appropriate resolution - whether that's repair, replacement, or parts delivery. Premium and Lifetime warranty holders receive priority processing.
