Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this 30-day period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Hydroxiva
- Are in their original condition
- Show manufacturing defects
- Were incorrectly shipped items
- Are unopened and unused
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made bottles
- Items with signs of use or wear
- Products without original packaging
- Bottles with damaged safety seals
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process

- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package your item securely with all original materials
- Include your order number and RMA number with the return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Please Note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time for refunds may vary by payment provider (2-5 business days)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
- A replacement will be shipped once we receive the damaged item
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same product
- Different colors of the same product
- Defective items
Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return period.
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return authorization is required before shipping
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Processing time may be extended due to international shipping
